Allan founded Carnelian in 2017. He started his career in executive search at Lygon Group. He has led on many CEO, Chair, trustee, and Director-level appointments for a wide range of clients. He is trustee for Biblical Counselling UK, and has a Masters degree in Physics and Philosophy from the University of Oxford.
